The teaming of her technical, experience-rich background with conflict management techniques is extremely useful during stakeholder consensus building and closure negotiations. As a technical facilitator, Ms. Brown has advanced dialogue processes by incorporating Quantum Geographic Information Systems (QGIS) and Visual Briefs in conflict resolution and dynamic conceptual site model development.

Kandi focuses on helping clients understand the complex technical, liability management, and sustainability issues they face daily. She has a proven record of executing complex environmental restoration projects ranging from site identification through closure under RCRA and CERCLA in both the public and private sector. She has advanced her career in sustainability and climate change with a recent project featured in The Military Engineer.
